TOUR PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS

1- Coruh Outdoor Travel is an intermediary
between the airline and the passenger and is
subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955.
Hours may change prior to the flight and all
times must be confirmed 48 hours before
departure. There may be changes in the
airfields depending on the city where the
plane will land. If the number of participants
in the package tour is not sufficient, the
customer is notified of the tour cancellation 7
days in advance. In case of cancellation of
the tour, the visa fee is non-refundable.
2- Flight times are notified from our office by
calling. Coruh Outdoor Travel cannot be held
responsible for time changes and delays that
may be made by airline companies. Çoruh

of compelling reasons; reserves the right to
change the tour route, provided that the
content remains the same. City promotion
tours can be carried out the next day
according to the arrival time in the city.
3- Check-in and boarding procedures, which
must be done by people participating in the
flight tours, are personal, and it is obligatory
to be done by the guest at the relevant
airline counters at the airports before the
flight or online from the websites of the
airline companies.
4- Last-minute delays and gate changes
that may occur in flights are announced at
the airports and displayed on the information
boards in the area. This information should
be followed by people.
5- Coruh Outdoor Travel is responsible for
those who are not present at the airport at
the times specified by Coruh Outdoor Travel
to participate in the tour, who do not

have their check-in and boarding procedures
done on time, who have their check-in and
boarding procedures done on time,
otherwise they cannot board the plane. All
expenses incurred for round-trip new plane
tickets and transfers in the destination
region, which will be required to be included
in the tour, belong to the people who missed
the flight.
6- In case of compelling reasons, the
excursions specified in the programs can be
made on another day other than the
specified day/days. Lunch and dinner
services specified as included in the
program when deemed necessary or during
flight times due to changes, it can be given
at the restaurants determined by the agency.
7- It is obligatory to have a legally valid
passport with a validity of at least 6 months
while traveling abroad. Guest

passports must not be damaged/worn/torn.
Legal obligations of individuals to enter the
destination countries
are required to fulfill.
8- Coruh Outdoor Travel acts as an
intermediary between the passenger and the
consulate. The Consulate has the right not to
issue a visa when it deems necessary,
Çoruh OutdoorTravel has no responsibility
for the passenger's failure to obtain a visa.
Çoruh OutdoorTravel only undertakes the
task of the intermediary institution. Çoruh
Outdoor Travel does not have any sanction
or responsibility for personal visa
applications. Consumers have accepted
these conditions and registered for the tour.
9- Panoramic city tours are 2-3 hour tours
organized for the promotion of cities. City
tours and extra tours can be arranged on
different days, provided the content does

not change. Extra tour prices may vary
depending on the content and the number of
participants.
10- Excursions specified as extra in the
program may not be made if there is not
enough participation. Coruh Outdoor Travel
cannot be held responsible for the failure of
the tours. Extra tours on the road will be
carried out even if not all passengers
participate. In the extra tours to be made on
the road; Our guests who will not participate
in the tour will be directed to the resting
areas before entering the city by our guide.
Passengers who did not want to participate
in the extra tours on the road agreed to wait
at the stop and joined the tour. Excursions or
tours that are not allowed by local authorities
for any reason are not allowed. Çoruh
Outdoor Travel cannot be held responsible
for these trips or tours not

being held.
11- Personal belongings, bags, suitcases of
the people participating in the tour are under
their own responsibility, and Çoruh Outdoor
Travel is not responsible for
forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases where
forgotten items are found, the expenses
incurred during their transportation to the
country and/or person are at the expense of
the owner.
12- Çoruh Outdoor Travel reserves the right
to change the hotel names provided that the
category remains the same. There is an
extra bed application in 3-person rooms, the
third bed is smaller than the standard bed.
Child prices stated in the price list are valid
only if the child is staying with two adults.
The breakfast served in the hotels consists
of continental butter, jam or honey, bread,
tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group
breakfasts can be

served in a separate lounge.
13- Our prices include the details specified in
the tour program and airport taxes.
Exchange rate changes during the day are
not reflected in TRY prices. Rates at the time
of payment are valid.
14- Persons participating in the tour are
required to have their Travel Insurance with
them during the trip.
15- Tours can be combined with other
agency tours. In such cases, Çoruh Outdoor
Travel guests are under the responsibility of
Çoruh OutdoorTravel. In cases where
children under the age of 16 who are under
18 do not participate in the tour with one or
both of their parents, it is obligatory to have
the consent documents required for
participation in the tour with them during the
travel.
17- Persons are required to have reports on
health problems, pregnancy status, and

medications they are constantly using while
participating in the tour.
18- We regret to inform that our customers
who want to stay in a double room but make
a reservation as one person, will have to pay
the single person difference or cancel the
trip if a roommate cannot be found 60 days
before the trip.
19- The General Conditions are an integral
part of the tour program and cannot be
considered independently of the tour
brochure.
